Head Coach / Personal Trainer

Hi, I’m Stanley. I am a professional boxer competing in the heavyweight division. I first competed as an amateur boxer with goals of becoming an Olympian. I battled a shoulder injury for a long time, in that time I still managed to become a National Silver Medalist. The injury eventually forced me to get surgery and hang up my dreams of ever going to the Olympics. I later transitioned into professional boxing with the dream of becoming a world champion while still pursuing my passions for coaching and personal training.

 

I’m passionate about teaching people the art of boxing, hit and not get hit. Anyone can throw a punch, but it takes skill and discipline to throw it correctly and accurately while avoiding getting hit. Boxing is a great way to improve your level of fitness while challenging yourself in a safe and fun environment. My goal is to help you get in shape and teach you how to box. Every move and punch has a purpose, I want my clients to understand why things are done the way they are in boxing. Maybe you want to improve your self defense skills, compete competitively, or simply watch boxing on tv and understand what is going on. I want you to see the beauty of boxing and why I love this sport.

 

Through boxing, I believe you will become fit, gain self-confidence, learn self-defence, learn discipline, and most importantly, learn to respect others. In a boxing gym, you’ll have people from all walks of life training side by side, pushing each other to become better. In boxing, you never stop learning. There is always something to pick up and improve on. Let me teach you the beauty of boxing.
